We create the design (with your input and approval along the way); we budget it, we place the orders and manage the deliveries. We work with architects, structural engineers, contractors, trades, and craftsmen to bring the whole project to life. Ultimately we accessorise and style your space to make it magazine-worthy.

The Consultation can be the beginning of an upcoming project or a stand-alone, information-packed meeting.

You may have design dilemmas that you’d like answers to, or need advice on how to place your furniture. Perhaps you are getting ready for a do it yourself re-model and need expert eyes to look at your already selected hard finishes so that you get more confidence. No matter what, we’ll utilise the consultation time and ensure that all your questions get answered.
If you are planning a renovation, this meeting will be the beginning of your project. We’ll discuss your wishlist and what you’d like to incorporate into the new design. We’ll walk through your home, discuss design challenges, your needs for function, aspirations and style preferences. We will also discuss the budget, explore ideas and options that fit your lifestyle and lay the foundation for your upcoming project.

FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
The full-service interior design is for clients who want a personal and sophisticated, hotel-worthy retreat at home without the headache of managing a renovation. The interior design process can seem a little mysterious if you haven't worked with a designer before so here are the steps:
Initial Consultation
To kick off your Design Consultation we will walk-through your home and talk about the improvements you're dreaming of for each space. We will also discuss budget, explore ideas and options that fit your lifestyle and lay the foundation for your upcoming project.
Contract
Once the scope of work is decided, we create a customized Letter of Agreement for your project. Once this document is signed and the fee for the Design Plan is received - we begin working on your project.
Design Plan
At the beginning of the Design Plan, we’ll meet again to discuss your project in depth. If construction is involved, we’ll meet with trades and contractors to firm up on the possibilities. We’ll create floorplans, elevation drawings, millwork, and lighting plans. We’ll source finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for your home and present you with the new vision during the Presentation.

The Finishing Touches
Upon completion of the Design Plan, we’ll present you with the reimagined space illustrated with drawings, sketches, moodboards, fabric swatches, and finish samples. Expect two design presentations. Concept Design Presentation where we will agree the floor plans and aesthetic direction. After this is signed off the Detailed Design Presentation will follow - where all final items are presented, technical drawings and of course final budgets. Large projects may require more presentations. If there are components that need tweaking or revision, we encourage you to give all feedback at one once so we can work as efficiently as possible.
As finishes, fixtures, funriture and custom items are approved, we’ll begin the ordering process and manage these moving parts. We work hand in hand with the contractor to ensure smooth execution of the Design Plans. We’ll take the stress out of the process, handle decisions, deal with potential problems allowing you to focus on enjoying life.
After construction is completed and fixtures are installed, we'll have the furniture installation day where our team of white glove installers will unbox everything, build and place all furniture in positions. We'll also source and bring accessories, artwork and finishing touches to your home to complete the transformation for the reveal moment! We’ll ask you to allow us a day to photograph your home for our portfolio.

Is there a minimum budget you require?
Yes, clients must have a minimum furnishing budget of $25,000 (not including design fees).
Can I incorporate
my existing furniture?
The best results are really when the design process is from top to bottom. However I like the projects I design for my clients to have character and speak to them, so if you have a certain piece/pieces that you love, I am more than happy to incorporate it.
I don't meet the minimum budget but I still need help
Clients who do not meet the minimum budget for Full-Service Design are welcome to book a Design Consultation. One Design Consultation is 350$. No matter your design dilemma (be it help for a better layout, help deciding on finishes or furniture, colour scheme advice, furniture and vendor suggestions etc), we’ll utilise the consultation time and ensure that all your questions get answered. Often clients are prepared with a list of questions that we address as we walk through the home. Book a free discovery call first, then we will schedule a time for your Design Consultaiton.
