Coral Gables Family Home 

On this project the brief was to infuse character and add warmth to this spacious new built property. The client has Kenyan heritage and really wanted to add some colour and vibrancy while keeping the general tone laid back. So we added textures, colours and a lot of layers to add personality and warmth and make the rooms sing!

To create a cosier feel to the spacious first floor open plan area, we created a separation between the entrance and the formal sitting area by adding thick wooden beams. These added the much needed texture and warmth.

The sitting area positioning was carefully planned as it sparkles with natural light while overlooking the relaxing pool.

Across the back of the house, the moody kitchen and family room generate a calming scheme and encourage you to curl up with the loved ones.
