  • If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

No waiver of any term or right will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that or any other term or right.

13. Entire Agreement
